FAQ

How long will my order take?

Our beds have an upholstery lead time of up to 8 weeks.  You can contact our office for the current lead times on 01377 271007. Once your bed has been completed and is ready for delivery we will send an image of the headboard for your approval and an invoice for the final balance will be forwarded to you.

 

Your remaining balance will need to be paid within 7 working days of receipt of the final invoice.Delivery is then arranged within 14 working days from the final balance payment, or within 21 working days if you are in Scotland or the South West

If payment of your remaining balance hasn't been made within the 7 days your order is at risk of being sold on.  Do ensure you keep in touch with us, we will always be happy to help if you have any problems.

 

What if I would like to cancel or change my order?

 

If you would like to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible before upholstery commences. If you have ordered a bespoke item (painted in a different finish than advertised) your deposit is non-refundable.

 

Can you assemble the items for me?

 

Our driver will assemble your bed upon delivery, please ensure that the room is clear for this to be as quick as possible. We advise customers measure thoroughly to ensure the item will fit in the room.  Also please make sure all access ways to the room are clear.  

If the driver is unable to deliver the item due to obstructions / unclear access we may have to reschedule delivery or return the item to our warehouse.  The driver will reserve the right to refuse to assemble the item if the room is not clear. In this case you may be liable to pay a redelivery charge for another date.

There is a  £30 fee for assembly for each wardrobe delivered, please get in touch if you would not like the wardrobe to be assembled and we will be happy to discuss.

Please bear in mind that we use a 1 man delivery team and some assistance may be required to lift the items into your home. Should you wish to use an alternative courier that is no problem so long as they are fully insured for damages.  In this case no delivery charge will apply.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

We deliver to anywhere Mainland UK within 14-21 working days of receiving your item in stock. Customers overseas are able to arrange courier collection and we would be happy to dispatch our products with them so long as they are fully insured for any damages / losses

 

How do I return an item?

Your item must be returned in it's original condition and packaging within 14 working days. Once received into the warehouse and checked over the refund will be processed within 14 working days to the account payment was made from.  If any damages are to occur the cost will be deducted from your refund.  Please ensure that you use a courier that provides a tracking service and is fully insured for goods in transit in case of damages.

We require all customers to sign a delivery confirmation note to say that the item has been received in a satisfactory condition We advise that our customers do check over the item in full prior to signing the note. If this has been signed as satisfactory upon delivery we will not be liable for any damage to the product after delivery and you will be liable to pay any courier costs to return the item. We are able to collect the item for you if required for a fee up to £80 per item.

Should wish to return the item with the driver upon delivery please do send this back on the van with him - no collection fee will apply in this case and your refund will be processed upon the item's return into the warehouse. 

If you have any issues with the product after delivery we do offer a 6 month warrantee to cover any manufacturer defects.  This does not cover wear and tear or customer damage.  Please forward any information and photographs to info@welbrookinteriors.com and our aftersales team will look into this for you.
