Covid 19 update - what does this mean for deliveries?
Smaller items and items that do not require assembly are still being dispatched with our couriers who can provide a no-contact delivery service. If you would prefer to wait for delivery when our couriers are able to bring your item into your chosen room for you we will have to postpone this until restrictions have been lifted.
Following the government's latest advice we've taken the difficult decision to suspend our bed and large furniture deliveries at this present time as this involves our delivery team coming into your home to unpack and assemble your items.
If you are buying furniture your order will be paused and frozen at this point in time - upholstery will start as soon as the restrictions have been lifted and we will complete orders within the 8 week lead time as promised.
Your order will remain allocated to you and stored safely in our warehouse until we can reschedule your delivery. Our courier will contact you regarding your delivery as soon as we are able to give our excellent assembly and personal delivery service again.
