Covid 19 update - what does this mean for deliveries?
Smaller items and items that do not require assembly are still being dispatched with our couriers who can provide a no-contact delivery service. We are offering a doorstep delivery service on items that do require assembly such as bed frames if you are in a location that is in local lockdown. The assembly service is up and running again for areas not in local lockdown, so long as social distancing can be abided to.
If you are buying furniture in an area in lockdown and do require assembly your order will be paused and frozen at this point in time - upholstery will start as soon as the restrictions have been lifted and we will complete orders within the 8 week lead time as promised.
Your order will remain allocated to you and stored safely in our warehouse until we can reschedule your delivery. Our courier will contact you regarding your delivery as soon as we are able to give our excellent assembly and personal delivery service again.
Our couriers reserve the right to decline delivery on the day if social distancing measures are not abided to or your area goes into local lockdown. In this case; your order will be returned to the warehouse and delivery will be rescheduled. In the case of unavoidable lockdown changes there will be no re-delivery fee applicable. If the courier feels it necessary to decline delivery due to an issue with social distancing redelivery fees may apply.
Any warehouse appointments must be pre-booked and masks must be worn at all times.
